The bag contains a ruminal bolus, an eartag (male+female) correlated with the electronic identifier code and 10 barcode stickers indicating the code in a decimal way and in barcode of CODE 128 format. The bag is thermosailed and made of polypropylene. If the customer wishes, the content of the bag can be sterilized. This distribution format fulfils the Standard of some countries where the electronic and visual animal identification is obligatory. Both pieces must be presented in “kit” format.
The advantages this format presents are; it maintains the uniqueness between visual eartags and boluses in an inviolable way. It can be opened in a very easy way, the contents can be sterilized, it generates few waste materials, its labels are useful for logistic and control. The ruminal bolus code can be recorded with the Manufacture ICAR code plus twelve animal code digits, example: 941000000547895 or, it can be recorded with the codification indicated by the Administration, example 724050000054126.		The eartags included in this format can be used in ovine, caprine (small size) and cows (bigger size). They can be conventional or the security ones with the inviolable female head, metal point and plastic of long life in order to fulfils the standards of some countries.
